Almondigas with Misua - Meatball Noodle Soup ( Pork )
50 grms. misua (very thin wheat noodles)
1/4 kg. grounded pork
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 - 2 tbs. cooking oil
150 gm. raw shimp, peeled, cut diagonally
patis (fish sauce) and pepper to taste
6 c. water
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. aji-no-moto

Mix the pork and flour in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and form into small meatballs (about 10 balls). Set aside.

Saute the garlic in cooking oil until golden brown. Add the onions and the shrimp. season with salt, patis and pepper. Add the water. When it boils add the meatballs. Do not stir. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the misua. Add beaten eggs into the mixture and stir gently. More patis may be added is necessary. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes more. Serve hot.
