Ingredients:
1 lb roast pork or lechon, cut up into 1/2 inch pcs.

1/2 sweet onion, diced
1-2 jalapeno peppers, diced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup spicy vinegar
Instructions:
Mix the soy sauce and vinegar and adjust to desired taste. Toss with all other ingredients. Serve warm or at room temperature as appetizer "pulutan" or with garlic rice! Enjoy!
