Pork Barbecue ( Pork )
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice from 1 lemon or lime or 5 pcs calamansi
1/2 cup soy sace
1/2 tsp black peppercorns, cracked
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 can soda
1/2 kg. or 1.1 lbs pork shoulder (kasim) - cut into 1- x 1- x 1/2-inch pieces
barbecue skewers soaked in water

1. In a bowl combine juice from lemon, lime or calamansi, soy sauce, pepper, sugar, peanut butter and soda. Mix thoroughly. Marinate pork in the mixture for 1 hour.

2. Thread meat on skewers abut 4 pieces per skewer. Grill over hot coals basting continuously with the marinade until well done. Serve warm.
