If you wish to return a merchandise, kindly email us at customersupport@filipinovillage.com within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. We will forward your concerns to our merchant. Upon approval, we will send you return instructions via email.

Please note that the product must be in its original delivery condition and sent to the merchant prepaid and insured for the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Our merchants may charge administrative, handling and bank cable charges depending on the returns circumstances.

Our merchant is a retailer and not the manufacturer of products sold in our site. Hence, liability of our merchant arising from the sale of any product from our site shall be limited to the price of the product ordered.
