SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

Order:

1)      Foodsphere, Inc. will only accept orders for recipients with delivery address within Metro Manila.

2)      Foodsphere, Inc. must be notified of orders at least 5 working days before the scheduled delivery and not later than December 12, 2008, 5:00 pm (Philippine day and time) for Christmas deliveries. Orders made before December 12 can be scheduled for delivery only until December 22, 2008, 5:00 pm (Philippine day and time). There will be no Sunday deliveries.

Shipping:

1)      Foodsphere, Inc. will call the recipient at least one day before the actual delivery date to confirm the address and the acceptance of the product.

a. If the recipient cannot be reached through the given contact number, Foodsphere, Inc. will notify FilipinoVillage.com of canceled delivery. FilipinoVillage.com must notify their customer and ask a new contact number and new delivery date.    

b. If the recipient was reached and requested for a new delivery date, the products will be redelivered on the day requested by the recipient (not later than December 22).

c. If the recipient was reached and requested to re-schedule the delivery but did not clearly confirm a new delivery date before Dec. 12, 5:00 pm (Philippine day and time), Foodsphere, Inc. will no longer deliver to the recipient for that transaction. The recipient must claim the product to the nearest CDO Food Stores in the area.

d. If the recipient confirmed the address and agreed on the date, product will be delivered on the scheduled delivery date.

2)      Once Foodsphere, Inc. confirmed the address and the date of delivery from the recipient, the actual delivery will be made.

a. If the recipient is not at the address on the agreed day of delivery, Foodsphere, Inc. will not leave the product to unauthorized receiver and will not deliver again to the recipient for the same transaction. The recipient may claim the product to the nearest CDO Food Store in the area.

b. Recipient is in the address on the agreed delivery date

1)      Product in good condition

If the recipient accepted the product, the recipient will be asked to sign a document stating that the product was received in good condition and free from any contamination. 

If recipient did not accept the product, the recipient will be asked to sign a document stating that despite the product's good condition the recipient did not accept the product.

2)      Product not in good condition

The recipient will be asked to sign a document stating that the product was not in good condition at the time of delivery and the product will be replaced by a new one. Foodsphere, Inc. will re-schedule a new delivery date for the product's replacement.

3)      If the recipient did not confirm a new delivery schedule or is not at the address on the   agreed delivery date, the recipient will be given only until December 22, 5:00 pm (Philippine day and time) to pick-up the products at the nearest CDO Food Stores.

If the recipient did not claim the product, Foodsphere, Inc. will notify the vendor of unclaimed product. FilipinoVillage.com will pay Foodsphere, Inc. the delivery charges from the portion of payment of the site customer.

If the recipient claimed the product, the recipient will be asked to sign a product document/waiver stating that the recipient received the product in good condition and free from contamination.

4)      Foodsphere, Inc. will not accept returns once the recipient signed the above document.

5)      Foodsphere, Inc. shall not be liable for late delivery or deliveries that were not made on the scheduled delivery date due to uncontrolled or fortuitous events like but not limited to earthquake, storm, fire, etc. 

6)      The shipping charges are not refundable
