RETURN POLICY OF LIBROS FILIPINOS (bookshop of the Filipinas Heritage Library)

1. Defective item should be reported immediately to the merchant, not exceeding 7 days from receipt of merchandise.
2. Only defective item/s may be reported or returned to the merchant. Defects in items are limited to misprints, damages in binding, and other incurred during printing and shipping.
3. Customer, upon instruction of the merchant, will send back the item/s together with the official receipt issued for the transaction.
4. Shipping costs for return of items and delivery back to customer will be shouldered by the merchant.
5. Defective item/s is automatically replaceable with the same item. Should the customer wish to replace it with a different title, the original transaction will be cancelled and a new transaction is created.
